EF 2400iS Twin Tech

Is anyone running the EF 2400iS with the Twin Tech kit?

I have a new set.  I'm using for a travel trailer.  The trailer has 15K air conditioning.  When the AC kicks in, both units surge continuously.   When the AC goes off, both units settle down to a steady RPM.
