Bit odd because SWI-Prolog for Windows is compiled on an XP (virtual)
machine.

Not really sure on these things, but I guess there is some sort of DLL
dependency walker for Windows (like ldd in ELF-based Unix systems).
Try that on the dlls in the bin folder.
Is there a littlebit of context that may explain which dll cannot be
loaded?
