Easy question I hope

Hello

This I hope is an easy one.  How do I send a request to linke an
enterprise and a contact??  It should be obvious, but did not see it.

Send either the enterprise or the contact with the desired link
represented in the appropriate _CONTACTS or _ENTERPRISES key.  The
server will sync to the links represented in the putObject; so you can
create and remove linkage in one putObject.  This also has the upside
that in will increment the version on the Contact or Enterprise.
