Electrical work on bikes in the DC area

Question - does anyone have a recommendation in Northern VA or DC for a shop
that does good electrical work on bikes?  I need various accessories
hard-wired and a 12V outlet mounted.  I'm not eager to lose the bike for a
week by sending it to one of the various mechanics in the area.  It's a 98
V-Star Classic.

Thanks!

Cycle Sport over in Alexandria hard wires in my 12V outlet back in 2001 on my R6.? The guy even created a mount for it and hid it real nice down by the lock for the rear seat.??They picked the outlet up from Marine Scene just down the road from there.? They did a real good job and you would not know it was there unless you were looking for it.
