RE: Email List programsI've had a lot of success using alt-n's MDaeomon (www.altn.com). Works
great. I also use GroupMail for email campaigns. They are not CF specific, but again, email should be left to mail servers, not web apps (in my opinion). So far the programs that I have found like Majordomo and Mailman are shareware based on the unix platform. Does anyone know of anything that will work on a windows server, programing in coldfusion would be a huge bonus as well. Thanks Rob Robert J. Voyle, Psy.D. RE: Email List programsHi, Rob. I am running a complete hosted email solution that happens to be
ColdFusion based, and provides for WYSIWIG newsletter creation; a number of companies are currently using it. One good feature that matches your needs is that for one list, you can have multiple sub-groups that either overlap or are exclusive of each other. If you want to avoid programming it yourself, the fee is reasonable. Or, if you want to purchase a license for your own use, we could discuss that.
