Email error-WinSock

We are getting the following error in a custom email program:
-11004 Name supplied was valid but no information of the requested  
type is in the database
This is listed in Appendix C, 4D Internet Commands Error Codes as a  
Winsock error
The program is attempting to send mail through an Exchange server. We  
are trouble shooting that as well.
