Dear HR/IR Practitioners:
Greetings!
CBAs, LMCs, TQMs are some of the mechanisms where employers and
workers get together to address their many concerns ranging from day
to day activities to the realization of long term needs, vision,
mission and goals of the organization and its members.
While such mechanisms have proven their effectiveness, there is always
the imperative to seek new and more effective mechanisms to further
enhance the capabilities and realize the potentials of both employers
and workers as the prime driving force of Philippine competitiveness,
decent work and economic development. We would like to present
another mechanism, one that may transcend current mechanisms and usher
in a new era in Philippine Industrial Relations. We call this
mechanism "Firm Level Social Partnership".
The seminar fee of NINE HUNDRED PESOS (P900.00) per participant covers
snacks and learning materials. Payment should be made to UP SOLAIR
Foundation - the Center for Labor Education, Advocacy, Research and
