Encryption of data at rest

Hi Everyone,
  I am looking for suggestions for encryption of data at rest on a
NetApp.  We use both NFS and CIFS, but no iSCSI.
The clients are Linux, Windows, and Mac.

Suggestions ?  Experiences ?
