Engine 2003 and 10.6

Hi

I need to build an application for a computer that run 10.3 Mac OS

I Have 2003.8 and 10.6 install on my Mac but When a run the Build  
Application Menu a message appear

4th Dimension.out  " LoadPreferences,CFRLC........... errcode =-10"

Last moth works fine I use the Build option and the 4D create a Engine  
App I have the same OS install since September

As Any one Knows whats append
