Hello Everyone,

We are currently having an issue with an application that includes JORAM as it’s messaging component.

The root cause is known, but cannot be address quickly. However, we have band aided the issue.

However, we are presently still affected by the situation that the queue in JORAM is currently behind in being processed by 6 hours, and this is affecting a production site.

I am wondering if anyone here is familiar enough with JORAM to be able to walk me through how to purge the JORAM cache.

We have no resource on site that has familiarity with JORAM at this level.

If anyone can help, can you please give me a call on my Cell: 510.213.1170, or at the office:215.454.5191.

Thank you all!
