Enity sets draft improvements

The most 30 September 2009 draft of "XML Entity definitions for
Characters" has the text

"It is hoped that the entity sets defined by this specification may form
the basis of an update to [ISO9573-13-1991], however pressure of other
commitments has currently prevented this document being processed by the
relevant ISO committee, thus the entity sets are being presented with
Formal Public identifiers of the form -//W3C//... rather than ISO.... It
is hoped that an update to TR 9573-13 may be made later. (The present
version of TR 9573-13 defines the sets of names, but does not give
mappings to Unicode.)"

Why is it still there?

The progress of updates to TR9573-13 was not held up by the "committee".
And SC34 handed over maintenance of the entity set to W3C MathML in late
2007. I drafted the invitation myself.

Also, in section 1 p1, I suggest the last sentence be changed to

The entity names in the sets starting with the letters "iso" were first
standardized in SGML (<a href="#SGML">[SGML]</a>) and updated in <a
href="#ISO9573-13-1991">[ISO9573-13-1991]</a>. W3C MathML WG has been
invited to take over the maintenance and development of these sets by the
original standards committee (ISO/IECJTC1 SC34.) The sets with names
starting  "mml" were first standardized in MathML <a
href="#MathML2">[MathML2]</a> and those starting with "xhtml" were
standardized in HTML <a href="#HTML4">[HTML4]</a>.

Cheers
