Enterable ListboxHi All,
I don't know about you, but I find entering data into an array type listbox cumbersome. The listbox cells often do not go into "enterable" mode as expected and there are several tries necessary to make the cell switch to enterable. Another weird bug occurred today: I have a dialog with an array type listbox. The "Enterable" property is set for all listbox cols, so I should be able to modify the data shown in the listbox. However, on my 1920 x 1200 Pixel screen, the following is happening: a) if I drag the dialog window towards the left edge of the screen and I click onto a listbox cell, I get the field contents highlighted and I am able to modify the cell -> OK! b) if I drag the same dialog window towards the right edge of the screen and I do the same, I am unable to modify the cell. -> Not OK! Enterability depends on the absolute position of the dialog window on the screen!! The more left the window, the better data can be entered into the listbox. I have filed this bug today and unfortunately, there is a whole bunch of other listbox related bugs pending. I love listboxes and I do hope, that v11.5 will finally bring us reliable listboxes. Re: Enterable ListboxWhy not to use double click to edit an enterable cell while single click
to highlight a row? It works great for us, at least in our internal testing. Alan Chan > >I don't know about you, but I find entering data into an array type >listbox cumbersome.
