Error--Cannot Load Set... ?

I'm looking at screen shots from a remote Mac-based v11.3 DB that  
shows errors as follows:

1) Error when executing the method XXX at line number XXX.  Cannot  
load set of database <database name>.

When I look at the line number for #1, the line shows a Query... no  
obvious error...

2) Error when executing the method XXX at line number XXX.  Cannot  
load set of database <database name>.

When I look at the line number for #2, the line shows a Query With  
Array... no obvious error...

3) The connection for this process has been disrupted or the  
connection couldn't be established.  A serious error occurred while a  
request was being sent to the server. You should quit or restart the  
database as soon as possible.

I've heard that 4D v11.4 resolves some client/server communication  
issues....  any other thoughts?
