Error 7211021:General Error Cannot create request!

Dear All,

I have installed OpenCA 0.92 but during initialization and creating the first certificate request for the ca admin i get the following error message:
           
 Error 7211021
                  General Error Cannot create request!
                  (OpenCA::REQ->new: Cannot create new request. Backend fails with errorcode 7712071. OpenCA::OpenSSL->genReq: Cannot execute command (7777067). problems making Certificate Request
                  17134:error:0D07A097:asn1 encoding routines:ASN1_mbstring_ncopy:string too long:a_mbstr.c:154:maxsize=2
                  error in req
                  )

I believe this error comes about when one enters an ISO country code of more (or less) than two characters, of which the form for creating a certificate request, does not require an ISO country code (for openca 0.92). All the fields have been filled in with at least the required minimum.Anyone with an idea of what could be wrong :( ?

Check the respective openssl.cnf file under [req_distinguished_name] secton for any min or max size requirements.
