Folks,
Got smart and blew away the ontap framework in which I'd been doing the
exercises found in the docs, downloaded everything from FusionTap and
started fresh.
Now I'm watching the PluginManager which is currently at step 6 of 9...
Yay!

Good deal. It does take a little getting used to not writing ad-hoc sql
directly, but I think the advantages are worth it once you get past the
initial shock. :)
