Error in application start up

I cannot trouble shoot this ...Google nor any other search engine has anything on this. Figured I'd post here.

Removing the path from the search query brings up some similar issues that might help you (including this thread, ha). Looks like you might be missing a directory somehow.

When and how does this happen? What are you trying to do/run?

Is nsj2209.tmp a directory or a file?

I'm guessing it is a file.  You can't cd to a file.

Considering how temporary directories are set up in Windows it could very well be a directory too. Won't help if it doesn't exist at all, though.
