Error killing buffers

Hi

Killing a buffer fails in case the history buffer is not visible (e.g. when
you currently use a layout without a history buffer or when another buffer is
maximized and the history buffer thus hidden). When making the history buffer
visible (e.g. by switching layout) killing works fine.

Debugger entered--Lisp error: (wrong-type-argument arrayp window-not-visible)
  tree-buffer-remove-node(window-not-visible)
  ecb-history-kill-buffer-clear(#<buffer "aaa.h">)
  ecb-kill-buffer-hook()
  kill-buffer("aaa.h")
  call-interactively(kill-buffer)

Using ECB 2.40 with XEmacs 21.4.21/Linux.
