What does this mean and how can it be rectified?  I am trying to copy files from the Tungsten t to the SD card, which btw is a SanDisk 2GB SD card.
BTW i downloaded ZFile as suggested in an earlier post.

Please help asap.

thanks.

If the card is blank it needs to be formatted in the Card Info application on the Tungsten. That's ONLY if the card is blank of course.
I think Ryan is right though and the TT only supports cards up to 1 GB. To test that you could try to format the card (assuming there's nothing you need to keep on the card). If it won't format then the 2 GB isn't supported.

Correct, only 1GB cards are supported. You cannot format or write to a 2GB card on the Tungsten T, T2 or T3.

However, I have been able to trick my T3 into identifying and playing audio and video files from a 2GB card. To do this, format the card in another device (I use my digital camera). Then, transfer files to the card from your computer using a flash card reader/writer. Presto. The T3 will now be able to access and read the files.

I've only tried this on the T3. I don't know if it'll work on the T or T2. If it does work, the video capabilities of both of them are very poor (unlike the T3), so it would only be good for playing audio files.

I think the Tungsten T might be able to read from a card up to 2GB, but can only write to a maximum card size of 1GB...
