Error when trying to run Exhibit and Timeline locally

Hi all,

I'm trying to run a local version of exhibit, with the Timeline
extension. When I use the Simili server to represent a html and json
file it all works fine; but when I represent the same data with the
local versions and try to view the timeline, I get the error 'Failed to
create view Timeline'.

I've changed the link to the timeline in time-extension.js; and it does
find that service, and show the timeline widget, but the actual data is
not shown. Does anyone know what could cause this?

Support for the Exhibit project as well as the Timeline project has been migrated to an open source community of programmers.  You can find more information and a link to the Google Group mailing list here:

I would recommend that once there, you share some of your actual code to help trouble-shoot your problem  Good luck!
