Hi,all
I have configured bugzilla well. All parts of it seems work well but for
the following problem:
when user enter a bug and click the submit button, it will appeare the
following error message:
Software error:
Bugzilla::CGI::upload: syntax error at /var/www/html/bugzilla/post_bug.cgi
line 195
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this
error message and the time and date of the error.

Actually, the bug had been submit, and I can search this bug. But with the
error message, the installnation can't be used

in real world. How can I solve the problem?

Hello All,

Which template should be edited in order to edit the enter Bug Screen.
I want to change the alignment of some of the fields as well as their
descriptions.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

TIA

Pankaj

Check "template/default/bug/create/create.html.tmpl". Most of the templates
for this and related are under "template/default/bug"

Check your webserver error log to see what is the actual message for the
error. That might give you the clues needed to figure this out...

That's something that we saw only in very old versions of Bugzilla. Are
you running the latest stable version?
