Error when user post a bug

Hi,all
I have configured bugzilla well. All parts of it seems work well but for the following problem: when user enter a bug and click the submit button, it will appeare the following error message: Software error: Bugzilla::CGI::upload: syntax error at /var/www/html/bugzilla/post_bug.cgi line 195 For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. Actually, the bug had been submit, and I can search this bug. But with the error message, the installnation can't be used in real world. Which template should be edited in order to edit the enter Bug Screen. I want to change the alignment of some of the fields as well as their descriptions. Any help would be highly appreciated. Check "template/default/bug/create/create.html.tmpl". Most of the templates

Check your webserver error log to see what is the actual message for the

I faced the same problem and the web error log report the same thing. Is
there any fixed, it has been reported in the past release too.
