Error while using gitk

Hi,
I've already posted this on the git list some time ago but haven't
received response.
While browsing revisions in gitk on a windows xp
machine and cygwin
version (I tried both the packaged and a compiled
one) I always find
tis error:

fatal: write failure on stdout: No such
file or directory

fatal: write failure on stdout: No such file or
directory
while
executing
"close $bdf"
(procedure "getblobdiffline"
line 12)

invoked from within
"getblobdiffline file102f41f0

5978405b2bdf0c43c3b49427b0167eb31d433fe4"
("eval" body line 1)

invoked
from within
"eval $script"
(procedure "dorunq" line 11)

invoked from
within
"dorunq"
("after" script)

After this gitk
becomes unstable and
doesn't show diffs,
Thanks,
Frank

Unfortunately, I'm not fluent with tcl, nor do I use gitk all that often.
Your best bet might still be pinging this on the git list.  But one thing
first - which version was this under?  If this was under cygwin 1.5, I'd
suggest trying cygwin 1.7 to see if that helps.

Hi,
Thanks for the answer.
I tried with both 1.5 and 1.7, both the standard package and a custom
compiled one, this happens since I upgraded cygwin some time ago, but I
don't remember exactly when, it was april 2009.
I tried reinstalling cygwin a lot of times, but with no luck...
Thanks,
Frank
