Escaping characters and encoding support

Hi folks,

I notified that APT sink escapes all characters (see
AptSink#escapeAPT()), so in this case, the APT sink provides only
UTF-8 writer.
Do we want to escaping characters in all sinks? In this case, UTF-8
will be the default encoding.
