Esper release 3.2

We always keep the dependent libraries at the same version between minor releases, to have stability. The 4.0 release which will require JDK6 will be upgrading to the next version. On reviewing ANTLR release notes, there doesn't seem to be any important bug fix or change that would be a good reason to upgrade?
