Estonian translation of Workrave

Hi,

I'd be interested in making an Estonian translation for Workrave. I found a .po file, that I could use for this process, but I want to be sure that I have the latest version. Is there a location where I can download it and is it sufficient just to use one file for translation? Another question that I have: how can I later on use my custom language file in Workrave in order to find bugs and test it?
