Evolution crashes while sending mailI just returned from a few days away from my computer. Since I got
back I've been unable to send any mail with evolution. When I hit send on the compose window evolution crashes. It gives me the gnome error: The Application "evolution" has quit unexpectedly. You can inform the developers of what happened to help them fix it. Or you can restart the application right now. And then I only get 2 buttons: Restart Application and Close I ran up2date on my fc4 box and evolution updated to 2.2.3. Has anyone else experienced a problem similar to this? I'm unable to send any mail from evolution, as it crashes every time I try. Help? Re: Evolution crashes while sending mailI recently had the same behavior. I had mistyped the name of the SMTP
server. On Mon, 2005-08-22 at 13:58, John Jonas wrote: > I just returned from a few days away from my computer. Since I got > back I've been unable to send any mail with evolution. Re: Evolution crashes while sending mailMy smtp server is correct. I also tried it with two different smtp

Re: Evolution crashes while sending mailmeaningless. run it inside gdb, and when it crashes, run 'thread apply all bt', and then submit a bug report with that information in it to bugzilla.gnome.org.
