Exception error. SMS messages from phone to cp. log included

Everything has been working fine, but yesterday I tried downloading my SMS and I get an error exception screen. Movies and videos etc... still move over fine, it's just text messages.

I've checked through the archives, but haven't found anything in this circumstance, nor anything helpful on a general internet search.

If anymore info is needed, just let me know.

My first thought was I have texts with pictures/animated cartoons/movies, so I deleted them out of the inbox and sent folders. All I have left in the folders are regular text messages, and I still get this error. The log shows many technical things that I wouldn't understand in a million years, but have tried to work it out on my own without any success.

Any help in finding out what I can do to remedy this would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks for the help.
