Exception error. SMS messages from phone to cp. log includedEverything has been working fine, but yesterday I tried downloading my SMS and I get an error exception screen. Movies and videos etc... still move over fine, it's just text messages.
I've checked through the archives, but haven't found anything in this circumstance, nor anything helpful on a general internet search. My first thought was I have texts with pictures/animated cartoons/movies, so I deleted them out of the inbox and sent folders. All I have left in the folders are regular text messages, and I still get this error. The log shows many technical things that I wouldn't understand in a million years, but have tried to work it out on my own without any success. Any help in finding out what I can do to remedy this would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks for the help. |

Re: Exception error. SMS messages from phone to cp. log includedThanks for checking into this for me Joe, I hope it's an easy fix or at the very least something that will help out others.
I have a case upcoming and it will benefit me (greatly) if I can get these many texts copied over to be viewed in court. Inbox only holds 50 messages & the info I need are 48 total. :( Kinda hard only having a 2 text message buffer. Read erase, read erase, and pray everyone doesn't hit me up all at once. :O I'll be checking back here very often, anything needed from me just lemme know. I'm at your disposal. Thanks for the help!!
