Is it something to be concerned about? You can purge the index and force it to be recreated by removing the $ARTIFACTORY_HOME/data/index (while Artifactory is down) and restarting. Please allow some time for reindexing to complete - it may take a couple of minutes on a large repo. As long as you see the CPU working and the index directory keeps growing in size, it means the index is being rebuilt and start-up will resume immediately thereafter.
