Exception on startup in Mac OS X

Hello All,

I'm getting this in a window during startup.  This is the only thing
that happens:

Chris,

I'm always happy to file a bug report but I wasn't sure if this was a
bug or a simple "clear the app's temp dir" kinda thing.  Receiving no
response from the list wasn't helping me narrow things down.
