Exim 4.70 RC2 - Current Status

This RC2 has been out for a week now.

I have integrated the patches that have come in since that RC2 release.
If there are any other issues, especially release blockers, now would
be a *really* good time to tell us about them.

Otherwise I'd like to see an RC3 go out tomorrow, and aim to call that
the release version a week or so later.

Is this a plan - or rather one that others can live with?

Is my understanding correct that no one ran these RCs through exim test suite?

Its quite likely.  I've never got the test suite to work on my
systems, and have stopped spending time trying.

Not that it matters _that_ much, but any reason why bug#39 is not going in?

Ah - thats assigned to Tom, and I was just going through bugs that
were assigned to me (as the default assignee).  I've been making the
assumption that if someone was motivated enough to take the bug on
then they would be dealing with it....

Tom - any problem with my applying this one?
