Job Description

*Interacting with product management, user interface and usability, quality management and assurance and technology teams
*Analyzing and designing new developments
*Working with customers to develop requirements
*Responding to performance and process issues
*Responsible for project management of small projects including budget, schedule and requirements.
Job Requirements
=================
*Strong programming skills, 4+ years, with some experience in .NET and/or Cold Fusion definitely preferred. Team leading experience is a plus.
*1-2 years' experience working with databases, SQL Server
*Knowledge of various technology standards (OO, XML and UML)
*A good understanding of the software development life cycle
*Must be a thorough tester.
*Good analytical skills, managerial, and leadership expertise
*BSC/MSC in computer science, engineering, or equivalent qualification
*Organized
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English, both written and verbal)
