Expose STKUtil as EL functions

Hi,

Is it reasonable to submit a patch that exposes some/all of the  
STKUtil methods as JSP 2.0 EL functions?  This would be useful to  
those of us who want to use parts of the STK but do not want to use  
Freemarker where it is already available.
