Hello,
ExtRA is not actually an application. It is a framework for creating an
external RA application.
It currently also has rather limited functionality compared to EJBCA.
If you want to try out ExtRA you can check out the extra module from the
EJBCA sourceforge.
Then read doc/external-ra-server.pdf for instructions on installation.
Note that extra does not come with a gui so you would have to write an
application or play around with the tests just to try it out.
