FOP 0.94 for Japanese 'word-wrapping'

We're producing docbook in Japanese and found that 'word-wrapping' for pages and table cells doesn't work with FOP 0.93 but with the FOP 0.94 designate(?), ie 0.20.5.   Look forward to the official issue of FOP 0.94 - when might that be expected?
