The distinguishing feature between this panel and the stock Animal is that this configuration features a Dual VCA and Ring Mod instead of a UAP, and a second DTG (arguably the most versatile Serge module) instead of a PCO. For reference, a picture of the stock Animal panel can be seen here http://serge-fans.com/newpics/panel_animal_150dpi.jpg Condition is excellent, the panel has never left my smoke (and pet!) free home studio. There is a very small ding on the front panel which the image above (and the first one below) picks up on. As can be seen, it has rack ears attached. Since it is unclear whether I will ever venture into Serge again, I am including a PS4 power supply, a distribution board so you have lots of provision for future expansion, and a bound copy of Rich Gold’s introduction to the system. Kindly note that the PS4 is wired for US 110V but may be used in Europe with a step down transformer, or my understanding is that the internal change to 240V input is pretty rudimentary and Rex can advise of this. Discussion of equivalent current price is somewhat moot seeing as Rex has decided to discontinue custom panels, but I understand it would be a shade over USD $4,000 for the panel alone. I’ll let this one go for USD $3,600 plus shipping, inclusive of the PS4 and distribution board (so well over $500 worth of extras). Alternatively I would be interested in trades for Buchla 200e modules.. I am in London, UK and (for no other reason other than to keep the Serge flag flying here) I would prefer a European sale but will happily entertain enquiries from Serge fans anywhere. Pickup from W10, London is most welcome or I will ship at cost via arrangement with the buyer. Bank to bank wire transfer is the preferred method of payment but Paypal is fine (+3% fees and only from those with verified accounts). I have references and 100% feedback on eBay over my 8 year history – please contact me via email at rashemirashim (at) yahoo (dot) com for details!
