Motor wanted: We are trying to find a good source to replace the stepper
motors we were using that don't seem to be available anymore. We would buy
between 20 and 100 units at a whack, depending on price breaks and shipping
cost. Basically we need a unipolar, NEMA 23, 1.8' motor, with at least
1.5A/phase, preferably 2A, at least 2.2 ohms/phase or at least 5V.
We need to get 100 N.cm (141 oz.in) holding and 9 N.cm (13 oz.in) detent.
Any suggestions?
Here are the original specs on the motors we were using:
Size: NEMA 23
Step Angle (deg): 1.8
Rated Current (A): 2.1
Phase Resistance (ohm): 2.2
Phase Inductance (mH): 6.2
Holding Torque (N.cm Min): 110
Detent Torque (N.cm Max): 9.5
Rotor Inertia (g.cm²): 230
Lead Wire (No.): 6
Motor Weight (g): 800
