FYI: Whitespace fix

The OpenJDK commit process refuses any tab characters occurring in
incoming commits.  To avoid this problem, I added support in emacs to
filter these out of any Java files I work on.  On then coming to work
on Classpath, it also cleaned up the files I was working on, so I
thought it better to include this as a separate patch before
committing my bug fix.

ChangeLog:

2009-07-07  Andrew John Hughes  <ahughes@...>

        * java/util/Scanner.java,
        * java/util/regex/Matcher.java:
        Replace tab characters with spaces.
