The build now depends upon javax.persistence_2.0.0.v200911041116.jar,
which has been checked into svn. I committed the transaction this
morning. It was reviewed by Tom. M13 is based upon it.
I made all the necessary changed in the build for the new jar to work.
I updated the .project too, but there may still be a few lingering
.classpath issues in the IDE (if the javax.persistence project is removed).
Mostly I'm sending this out to notify anyone who may have automated
scripts running that would be affected y the name-change.
