Feature request: Add option to bypass upload confirmation

Whenever a user "Runs Project" with a remote server configuration,  
there is a dialog confirming which files will be uploaded - and it can  
be closed with "Return" even though the OK button is highlighted  
( which I'll submit as a bug).  I've found that in my workflow, I  
usually don't care about this info.

It seems that an option either per project or per configuration to  
bypass this dialog and have the files uploaded as soon as "Run" is  
selected would prevent the user from having to take their hands off  
the keyboard and fiddle with the mouse on every (often frequent) upload.
