This is last feature to improve KMM.
It's a more large work but I purpose it : management of rental property.
Even if account can be used for this, there is some special functions :
* a ledger of bills/invoices
* a ledger for warrant/garantee
* reconciliation must support partial amount over bills and existing credits to apply to new bills
* report of unpaid invoices and owed garantee
