Feature request - show property diffs?

Hi

It would be nice if the diff page showed differences in properties as
well as file content, if possible.  Currently, if a property was the
only thing that changed, there's nothing to tell the user this, because
"show changes from previous" will show no content changes.

So maybe it'd be good to put the properties on the diff page in the first
place?  I think that'd be a good idea.  However, if we were to add this, you'd
have to modify the templates to show it as well.

Any more specific ideas regarding that would be good.

I was wondering if any more thought has been given to this yet?  This definitely seems like a useful feature to have in the mix so that we know why files are showing up in the log when clicking on the diff (instead of seeing a completely empty diff).

I agree that this would be useful. I use properties a lot myself, and  
would love to implement this feature. (I'd probably also suggest  
displaying the current properties on the file and listing pages, not  
just diff / compare.) Unfortunately, I'm quite busy at work and home,  
and can't work on such a feature at the moment. However, it's on the  
radar — see http://websvn.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=249 (which  
I filed a month ago) and add comments and votes.
