I´m need a image with a simple telnet or ssh session; whitout X Graphic session. Is it possible ?

Yes. Just don't select any xorg package and make SESSION_0=telnet (or
ssh). You can make it from TS-O-Matic too, if you don't have a Linux
computer yourself.

OK, that was a bit too quick an answer:

SESSION_0_TYPE=ssh
SESSION_0_SSH_SERVER=10.0.0.100

... is the correct syntax
