February Board Report

Hey all,

Just got a note from Gareth that our report is due. Didn't realize that the board meeting was going to be this early in the month. The page for the report is setup on the Wiki here: http://wiki.apache.org/xerces/February2009. I'll cover the Java related bits. If other folks are around today can you fill in the C++ and Perl parts?
