Figured out hudson deploy problem

For some reason my last message hasn't shown up yet but in the event it still makes it through I figured out the cause of the hudson deploy problem.   It turned out that the user defined in the settings.xml for scp / mvn deployment didn't exist as a user in the nexus security realm.   creating a user, giving it the same password as used for the OS fixed the issue for me.
