We need a lot more information. What is in your test INI file? Especially the paths. What did you use to invoke the test? What was the command line? If it was a BAT file, what was in the bat file?
On the surface the best we can say is you do not have a Regression.CDD in your project's Datapool directory. But are you pointing to the right project? Etc?
