File Gallery uploading Chinese file name error.

Hi,

The File Gallery seems not accept Chinese name file to be uploaded. I've tested one file with english name, and succeeded to upload. Then I rename it to chinese name, the uploading failed and the error message is about file size problem.

Is it a fixed problem or I could setup php or something else to solve the problem?
