Filename patch and Chinese translation

Hi developers,

I have made a tiny patch for two bugs with CJK filename:
(1) The filename is not correctly shown in qt's save-as dialog;
(2) Exporting to pdf file with CJK filename fails on Windows.

Also, I have updated Chinese translation for TeXmacs.
