Filtering document typesHi.
I'm working on a customization for the OOo 3. When you launch the 'open file' dialog, you can see all the files in a certain folder (all extensions). You can use the field at the bottom to apply a 'filter', so that only especific file types are shown. Where can I set the default file type to be selected on this field, aways when the user opens the dialog? I already changed some files in /usr/lib/openoffice/basis3.0/share/registry/modules/org/openoffice/Setup, to change the default extension used for saving files. But I can't find a file/paremeter where I can change the default file type that is shown on the 'open file' dialog. Thanks. -- Gabriel Gutierrez |

You can't change the default filter for "open file", only the default filter for "save as". I use it for the OOo lists and only rarely read other mails sent to it. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscribe@...
