Hey everyone,
As discussed at the development meetings this week, we're planning on
building a refresh of the Firefox 3.6 Beta which we'll issue to our
existing users through as a minor update on the Firefox 3.6 beta
update channel. We'd like to ensure that this update includes not only
all the blocker fixes to date, but also:
- a lockdown of the component directory so that only whitelisted
DLLs are loaded (bug 519357)
- added support for a blacklist of DLLs that we'll never load (bug
524904)
- the revised syntax for CSS gradients (bug 513395)
We're still waiting on bug 524904 to be fixed, but I also wanted to
mention that there are several blocker fixes that have yet to land on
mozilla-1.9.2; the sooner those can be landed, the better:
