This is exciting news! As though we needed an excuse to go to South America...
WELCOME TO THE SOUTH AMERICAN BIRD FAIR
The first South American Birds Fair which be held next year 2010 will join
the birders community, natural environment lovers biologists and related
professionals. The meeting site will be in San Martín de los Andes,
Patagonia Argentina, one of the most spectacular and wonderful cities of
this part of the world.
Great amount of activities are being organized to share during the three
Fair days. Also pre and post-fair trips for wetlands, mountains, steppes
and forest around the site will be set with or without
guides. The activities include workshops, lectures, stands, books sale,
art ,handcraft , photography, etc. Experts from South America and
ornithologists will share their experiences and advances on the science
through lectures and symposia.The SABF will be again the place to meet and
share experiences with the birders from many countries.
Official Languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese.

BIENVENIDO A LA FERIA DE AVES DE SUDAMERICA
En 2010 la FERIA DE AVES DE SUDAMERICA reunirá a la comunidad de
observadores de aves y amantes de la Naturaleza. Con gran cantidad de
actividades para compartir durante los 3 días de la Feria, y salidas de
campo los días anteriores y posteriores. Expertos compartirán sus
experiencias y darán conferencias que actualizarán los avances de la
ornitología actual. Las actividades incluyen talleres, cursos, salidas
matutinas, stands, muestra de arte y fotografía, venta de libros,
proyección de docu-mentales, cenas de cámara-dería, entre otras. Esta
Feria vuelve a ser el encuentro para compartir nuestras experien-cias, a
la que se suman la presencia de observadores de una gran cantidad de
países.
Idiomas: castellano, portugués o inglés
